Did a massage here as it was offered on Groupon and had a mediocre experience. The massage did not work to ease the kinks I'd requested, and was too gentle to see any effects during or after it (I know because I frequently get deep tissue and Thai massages).Only offering an additional star as it was part of a Groupon deal. If I had paid full price for this, I'd have felt even more cheated.

Dr. Philip Reh is a thoughtful and skilled acupuncturist who really pays attention to what your body needs. He always adjusted the treatment when I had a specific issue and found ways to help me feel better each time. He also combines nutrition with acupuncture in a way that actually works and made it easier for me to stick to the plan. Highly recommend booking with him!

Great experience and results! Dr. Shah is a great listener and looking to dig deeper into the cause and effect of body issues. He applies several different methods of treatment to the issues, including exercises that I need to do to also help myself. He is looking to solve the problem and not just treat the pain. I'm looking forward to continuing my mobility journey with Dr. Shah!

Dr. Philip Reh works magic, I mean it. I've seen him for acupuncture about five or six times so far and it has made a world of difference for chronic pain and discomfort I've had long-term.The staff at the front are always friendly, offering water and in-house curated tea (it's delicious with lots of health benefits - makes you feel special as a patient).From day one, Dr. Philip Reh has been unconditionally so kind and attentive to my needs. I enjoy my acupuncture sessions with him both personally and for the betterment of my health.They take great care of you here and do not take advantage of patients - trustworthy, healing, and highly recommended, all for great reason. I'll be a patient here for as long as l'm receiving acupuncture treatment.

TruSpine is the best; honestly life-changing care and treatments. I’d never tried dry needling therapy before (with Philip Reh) and nothing else has been as effective at muscle pain relief and knot releases. I have a lot of tension and inflammation in my shoulders and mid back (traps and rhomboids) and Philip has significantly helped improve my daily comfort and overall well-being since I’ve started our appointments. I also recently started chiropractic treatments with Dr. KJ and even his minor adjustments help significantly with my neck and shoulder tightness. Thank you so much for everything!

Dr. Philip Reh is incredible - I look forward to every visit with him! As an avid endurance runner, I started going to truspine because I was dealing with 1-sided SI joint pain (uncomfortable stiffness and tightness around the hip, lower back, and glutes) for weeks on end with no improvement. I train pretty intensely and did not want to take off time as many doctors might recommend. Dr. Reh understood this and helped me on a path towards improvement that didn’t compromise my training - I was able to run 3 separate races (10k, half marathon, 10k) while healing the injury (while getting stronger and seeing improvements each race)Dr. Reh is so good at reading the body and treats efficiently - I feel immediate relief after every visit. He has also done acupuncture for stress and fatigue which I can quickly notice improvements in as well.We started working together weekly for the first few visits before he recommended a progression to maintenance (every 3 weeks). I am pain-free now and able to train at my peak without a fear of setting back progress or causing further injury.Furthermore, scheduling with Truspine is so easy and Jenny & the front desk team has been so helpful with coordinating appointments at the two locations (I also recently started seeing Dr. Fein for chiro adjustments).

This is the best practice in San Francisco, hands down. Staff at the front desk begin and end every visit with the most lovely, genuine and warm positive energy. Through chiropractic and acupuncture services, Drs. Fein and Reh have changed my body, my outlook and my overall well-being. Those aches and pains that we think are just about getting older? Gone. You forget how it feels to wake up and just feel *good*. I’m back to running again, my mental health has improved, I couldn’t be more grateful for their care and expertise. And they’re covered by insurance! Couldn’t recommend this whole practice more highly.

I have been visiting Dr. Fein at Truspine for about 4 years, ever since he's a training student at Chiropractic School in Hayward. Why am I doing this? I had a spine injure back in 2007 from a Ocean wind surfing. My L4/L5 was slight misaligned. And I have seen other acupuncture, none helps. Dr. Fein regularly adjust the spine and loosen and strengthen the muscles is the only way that fixed my problem. Today, I no longer suffer from lower back pain. I'm on feet well and can do my work and exercise freely. Nonetheless, I'm still keep visiting him on a bi-weekly basis. This is to strengthen my back muscles. He's truly professional. Anyone who has doubts, I suggest you to give it a try first and see how you feel. Comments from Internet is not always correct. Give it a shot yourself. You only have one spine, you should take good care of it at all cost.

I have been seeing the doctor at Truspine for the nurapathy treatment. Basically, I get ( ESWT) Electronic Shock Wave treatments on my ankles and feet. I find it very helpful as it reduces stiffness in both my ankles and feet.

I've been coming to Truspine on the weekly for a while now and it's been paying off. So glad they offer Shockwave therapy which my body responds well to especially given that I've been ramping on my fitness journey. The entire team is amazing and Dr. Fein has become a solid component in my self-care routine. Really enjoy our chats while he fixes me up. I always feel instant relief and a dramatic improvement in my mobility post session.They offer other services such as traditional chiropractic, dry needling and more. Highly recommend if you're in need of body work.

As a marathon runner, I rely heavily on my body being in peak condition. After a serious bike accident in March where I broke my clavicle, seven ribs, and punctured a lung, I had to stop running for two months. During my recovery, I experienced a lot of soreness and tightness from my hips down to my feet, particularly in my tibialis. That’s when I started seeing Dr. KJ Estudillo, and I couldn't be more grateful for his expertise.I've been seeing Dr. Estudillo twice a week, and he has been instrumental in getting me back on my feet—literally. He’s worked diligently to relieve my discomfort and has been a key part of my recovery as I ramp up my mileage in preparation for my next marathon. Not only is he a skilled chiropractor, but he is also incredibly caring, nice, and friendly. Dr KJ is empathetic, personable and very clear when describing treatment options. His interview technique felt almost conventional, which I found refreshing. I was recently in the Bay Area on a cruise, and my back was really bad, and I was mostly bed bound. I found Dr. Shah and Truspine through a Google search, and the 5 star rating completed me to schedule an appointment.Dr. Shah was fantastic and helped to get me back onto the road to recovery. The next day, I was able to get off the ship and walk over a mile. It was my first day in a week where I could walk without tremendous pain.Here I am 2 months later, and my back is back to normal and fully out of pain.Thank you for seeing me and for your follow-up since my appointment.When I make it back to the Bay Area, I'll stop by for another visit!

When I came in to see Philip I was in so much pain it hurt to walk. Philip told me he could help me but I would hate him after the next day. He was wrong. I was able to golf the next morning. once he relieved the knots in my back I never felt better. If anyone out there is in back pain there’s only one person I would go to and that’s Philip. Dr. Philip Reh and Dr. Shah are amazing and I think the best in their field! I appreciate the care and expertise to treat the underlying root causes. You can tell they care. Dr Shah is so thorough each visit and you leave with a plan everytime, which I appreciate. The visits are never rushed and ensures all your questions are answered. Dr Philip Reh has completely changed my view on acupuncture with their knowledge and techniques on how to treat sciatica! Every visit is tailored to your needs! I travel 30 minutes past a dozen chiropractors because of the experience and care here.

This establishment is a complete sham.My experience with Truspine was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, they engage in false and misleading advertising. They boast a promotional rate on their website and social media, claiming to reduce the regular price from $75 to $47. However, upon my arrival, the front desk agent insisted on charging me the full $75. This deceptive practice is unacceptable.Furthermore, my scheduled appointment at 12:30 PM turned into a complete disaster due to their mishandling of the scheduling process. I was subjected to an excruciating wait of over an hour and a half. To make matters worse, the front desk agent required me to change my payment method before granting me a new appointment, while others were given the flexibility to pay later. I can't praise Dr. Supreet Shah and the Truspine clinic enough! I had been suffering from chronic elbow pain for quite some time, and Dr. Supreet's expertise, along with Electric Shockwave Therapy and his other techniques, has worked wonders. The relief I've experienced is nothing short of amazing. Scheduling is very simple and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking effective pain relief. Five stars all the way!

Robert Pirritano is great I've had over 10 years of back pain due to an accident I had 10 years ago. He helped me so much on the first visit that I was almost completely free of pain and I left with lots of energy. He also gave me instruction and great stretching techniques for me to do at home to keep the pain at bay. He is a great man and I will be going to him from now on. Fein is also really great my knee has been hurting since August due to a fall he helped me so much with pain and discomfort I will continue going to him. Dr. Fein keep up the great work

TruSpine is a great Place for Chiropractic treatment. The Chiropractic Doctors are very knowledgeable and have good feed back to share for better care of the body. I know when I go in for an adjustment my posture is reset. I walk with more ease and flexibility and less lower back pain after 1 to 2 adjustments a week. Highly recommended five star care.

Dr Shah was very skillful in what he does and he does a thorough assessment first, explains everything before he does it and I felt so much better after my appointment. The front desk was courteous and efficient as well as the appointment started punctually. Tru[Spine] is the TRUTH! I have chronic pain and Dr. Shah immediately recognized the issue and created a plan to address it. After the first adjustment I could feel a difference and after adding acupuncture to my treatment plan I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend.
