I’m not sure who is better: Supreet or Robert. Both use a signature shoulder move that gets me real pain relief. I have never found more effective chiropractors than these two. Real pain relief in one visit. And they care about me more than other medical doctors.

Dr Shah is kind, informative and listens to one’s concerns on health.My injury after a fall affected my back, legs and both Arms and hands. My right hand was difficult to use on a daily basis. Dr Shah started treatments right away. In addition I had acupuncture treatment with Haley. I had scare tissue build up on my right arm.Both treatments made significant, positive results to healing in all areas affected specially my right hand and arm. I am a true believer in chiropractor care & acupuncture. Jeff and Supreet are miracle workers. I went in for a review and they did their usual treatments and all the stiffness in my legs was gone in a matter of minutes. (!!) Before I came to Truspine, I had experienced a bad outcome following tarsal tunnel surgery, which caused a lot of numbness and crazy nerve pain. I had been through numerous treatment plans and rehab programs but nothing helped and I continued to have a lot of pain. My pain increased with activity and I went from being a physically active person to a couch potato. Since I have started treatment with Dr. Supreet Shah, my pain level has decreased and I am starting to have more feeling back in my foot and leg. This program finally helped me move forward. My confidence has increased as well as my quality of life. After eight years of fighting this problem, I am invigorated. I can walk more and I am riding a peloton now. I feel like I can be physically active without my pains coming back. I would recommend this neuropathy program.

Before I came to Dr. Shah, I couldn’t sleep at night because the pain was so intense. Sometimes I felt I had lightning bolts going through my feet. I also had severe cramps, especially in my big toe. Since I have started treatment, the pain has gone away. Now I can sleep through the night. Thank God for that. The treatment and friendly nature of Dr. Shah and his staff has helped quite a bit. As we say in France, “Merci (Thank You)” and God Bless.

I decided to come to the clinic because I was experiencing such distracting pains in my feet. I also was experiencing burning in my feet. It was definitely affecting my life. After coming to Dr. Shah’s clinic and going through the neuropathy therapy, I have noticed that my feet are much more comfortable. I no longer have stabbing pains that were limiting my activities and I am enjoying life a lot more.

Before I came in here, I was in a lot of pain with my feet. I could not sleep at night, sometimes 24 hours a day. It would not go away. Most of the time it was like walking on gravel; and that was always there for at least 5 years. I also had pain on the side of leg but my feet were so painful, nothing would help. Ice, heat, exercise, and pain meds wouldn’t help. I got a variety of medicine, it wouldn’t help. I also had many types creams, it didn’t help. Now, I feel wonderful. I can sleep again at night. I sleep 10 hours if my son doesn’t wake me up, and this has changed my life. I have so much energy and I feel 90% better right now. I am so thankful and I praise the Lord for bringing me here.

Suffering for 2 years old work injuries. I am very happy that Dr. Purritano technic in 2 sessions makes me feel my pain is under control, is improving the healing of the terrible pain I am suffering. My first visit and it was with Dr Shah who took care of me it was for my Planter fasciitis he explained in detail of how the treatments work and what i should do.He gave me my first treatment with the shock and laser and it helped and gave me some relief since i have been with this pain since January went to my doctor who told me to take pain meds and Physical therepy and buy shoes that support your feet. Did all that still had pain. But i think this treatment will helpWill be going back for more sessions.

Yesterday my left glute was soar and there was nerve message instability to the left leg. Meaning, I was not confident that if I needed to use my left leg in any aggressive manner, for example tripping and preventing a fall, it would not be good. Dr Pirritano was fantastic today(4/6/21) and all of my issues and discomfort is gone to minimum.From adjusting my shoulder that was pulling on my neck, aligned both hips and one ankle and cream on top of the pie was graston on my knees/quads. I’ve been seeing Hayley on a weekly/biweekly basis for a few months — I’ve seen huge improvement on my jawline(more sculpted, v shaped) and shoulders(I have a neck now!) to the point the results are visible. Not only the appearance saw a difference but I feel my energy level has gone up. Hayley totally fixed me lol. Dr. Shah is a true healer. Kind, confident, knowledgeable, compassionate, holistic he zeroes right in on what you need. As a lifelong dancer and yoga practitioner, I’ve been seeing him for about 8 years with everything from debilitating pain to chronic misalignments that interrupt joy of movement. This week was another success to get me back to much needed (online) classes. He recently treated my 92 year old father after a fall. I knew he was the right person. Hailey has done WONDERS for my neck and shoulder pain. When we first met my shoulders rested up at my ears and I was going about thinking the pain and stress of it was just the way it is! She is so knowledgeable and so professional. Her treatment room is very peaceful and so her demeanor. Shockwave Therapy has saved me from carpal tunnel surgery. I had my surgery date on the calendar when I went to see Dr Shah. I had tried physical therapy and massage therapy with no relief. This was my last resort and I'm so glad I found his clinic in San Francisco. Today I'm pain free and I'm back to playing tennis. I recommend giving Shockwave Therapy a try.

I absolutely love Hayley and I would 10/10 recommend her as an acupuncturist to anyone! I’m so grateful to have found her! I have been going to acupuncture for the last 20+ years and whenever I move I am so bummed to leave the acupuncturist in that city. BUT, I was so grateful to find Hayley in San Francisco! It took me some time to find someone I really loved, but I’ve now being seeing Hayley twice a month for the past almost three years! She’s an incredibly talented acupuncturist and makes you feel very at easy when you meet her and during her sessions. I also love her room where we do the acupuncture. I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for chiropractic help and also Haley for dry needling. The combination of both has made a real difference for me. I really appreciate the added suggestions that Dr. Shah has for me to do on my own with a foam roller, showing me exactly how to do each area. I can not recommend dry needling enough, and Haley is spot on. Very comfortable vibe at the location, pretty easy parking, nice correspondence with scheduling. Overall just a great place for getting back my health.

Before coming here I did not expect my back ache to get well soon. However, even after the second visit I can feel a big difference. I was not able to sit or stand for a long time because of the pain. Dr Shah helped me to relief the pain. I do recommend to visit doctor and not to wait the pain go away itself. For the past three years I have had mild pain in my left hip. An hour or so after my first treatment I was almost 100% pain free! Now that I’ve had a couple more sessions I’m very pleased to say I am experiencing absolutely no pain at all. Supreet is very informative and is great at explaining what’s going on with your body. I am incredibly relieved as I am only 32 and thought I may need surgery. I highly recommend getting the acupuncture treatment which is offered there as well!!

I've been dealing with hip pain since I was 12 and have been in and out do chiropractic offices; TruSpine is my favorite by far.Dr. Shah is fantastic! He gets to know you and makes you feel personally welcomed every time you come in. During your appointment he talks to you and explains what he is doing in detail so are never confused about what is going on. As a powerlifter, coming to Dr. Shah has improved my mobility which is crucial to my overall movements. Before I came to Truspine, I had experienced a bad outcome following tarsal tunnel surgery, which caused a lot of numbness and crazy nerve pain. I had been through numerous treatment plans and rehab programs but nothing helped and I continued to have a lot of pain. My pain increased with activity and I went from being a physically active person to a couch potato. Since I have started treatment with Dr. Supreet Shah, my pain level has decreased and I am starting to have more feeling back in my foot and leg. This program finally helped me move forward. My confidence has increased as well as my quality of life. After eight years of fighting this problem, I am invigorated. I can walk more and I am riding a peloton now. I feel like I can be physically active without my pains coming back. I would recommend this neuropathy program.

Before I came to Dr. Shah, I couldn’t sleep at night because the pain was so intense. Sometimes I felt I had lightning bolts going through my feet. I also had severe cramps, especially in my big toe. Since I have started treatment, the pain has gone away. Now I can sleep through the night. Thank God for that. The treatment and friendly nature of Dr. Shah and his staff has helped quite a bit. I decided to come to the clinic because I was experiencing such distracting pains in my feet. I also was experiencing burning in my feet. It was definitely affecting my life. After coming to Dr. Shah’s clinic and going through the neuropathy therapy, I have noticed that my feet are much more comfortable. Before I came in here, I was in a lot of pain with my feet. I could not sleep at night, sometimes 24 hours a day. It would not go away. Most of the time it was like walking on gravel; and that was always there for at least 5 years. I also had pain on the side of leg but my feet were so painful, nothing would help. Ice, heat, exercise, and pain meds wouldn’t help. I got a variety of medicine, it wouldn’t help. I also had many types creams, it didn’t help. Now, I feel wonderful. I can sleep again at night. I sleep 10 hours if my son doesn’t wake me up, and this has changed my life. I have so much energy and I feel 90% better right now. I am so thankful and I praise the Lord for bringing me here.

My first visit and it was with Dr Shah who took care of me it was for my Planter fasciitis he explained in detail of how the treatments work and what i should do.He gave me my first treatment with the shock and laser and it helped and gave me some relief since i have been with this pain since January went to my doctor who told me to take pain meds and Physical therepy and buy shoes that support your feet. Did all that still had pain. But i think this treatment will helpWill be going back for more sessions.

Yesterday my left glute was soar and there was nerve message instability to the left leg. I’ve been seeing Hayley on a weekly/biweekly basis for a few months — I’ve seen huge improvement on my jawline(more sculpted, v shaped) and shoulders(I have a neck now!) to the point the results are visible. As a lifelong dancer and yoga practitioner, I’ve been seeing him for about 8 years with everything from debilitating pain to chronic misalignments that interrupt joy of movement. Hailey has done WONDERS for my neck and shoulder pain. When we first met my shoulders rested up at my ears and I was going about thinking the pain and stress of it was just the way it is! She is so knowledgeable and so professional. Her treatment room is very peaceful and so her demeanor. Shockwave Therapy has saved me from carpal tunnel surgery. I had my surgery date on the calendar when I went to see Dr Shah. I had tried physical therapy and massage therapy with no relief. I absolutely love Hayley and I would 10/10 recommend her as an acupuncturist to anyone! I’m so grateful to have found her! I have been going to acupuncture for the last 20+ years and whenever I move I am so bummed to leave the acupuncturist in that city. BUT, I was so grateful to find Hayley in San Francisco! It took me some time to find someone I really loved, but I’ve now being seeing Hayley twice a month for the past almost three years! I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for chiropractic help and also Haley for dry needling. The combination of both has made a real difference for me. I really appreciate the added suggestions that Dr. Shah has for me to do on my own with a foam roller, showing me exactly how to do each area. I can not recommend dry needling enough, and Haley is spot on. Very comfortable vibe at the location, pretty easy parking, nice correspondence with scheduling. Overall just a great place for getting back my health.

Before coming here I did not expect my back ache to get well soon. However, even after the second visit I can feel a big difference. For the past three years I have had mild pain in my left hip. An hour or so after my first treatment I was almost 100% pain free! Now that I’ve had a couple more sessions I’m very pleased to say I am experiencing absolutely no pain at all. Supreet is very informative and is great at explaining what’s going on with your body. I am incredibly relieved as I am only 32 and thought I may need surgery. I highly recommend getting the acupuncture treatment which is offered there as well!!

I've been dealing with hip pain since I was 12 and have been in and out do chiropractic offices; TruSpine is my favorite by far.Dr. Shah is fantastic!
