From a very young age, he was fortunate to have been groomed to focus on holistic, natural paths to health and wellness. His parents were skeptical when it came to automatic medication of any health concerns, they had both grown up in India and were raised on natural organic wholesome foods.
As a Midwesterner, Supreet Shah attended University of Wisconsin in Madison where he graduated with a political science degree with a focus on global health. He then went on to earn his doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer in San Jose, California. He wanted to help his patients navigate the complexities of living a healthy lifestyle by pursuing a masters in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He mentored in San Francisco for 3 years with one of the largest practices in California. Here he perfected the Graston Technique, Myofascial Therapy, and Cupping Therapy.
Beyond the clinic, Supreet Shah also has worked as the chiropractor with the Olympic Club Rugby team. This has placed him on-field and in a position of medical authority. Given his certified sports physician credentials, he was the point person for all medical emergencies on and off the field. As part of this team, he was present at all home and away games. In addition, he was further included in a very unique position of being one of the chiropractors for both the Outside Lands Music Festival and Treasure Island Music Festival. At both festivals, he had the opportunity to treat multiple artists backstage before their performances on stage in front of thousands.
